1. Long Slow Distance Run (FREE TRAINING!!!)

Date: 5th February 2012 

Time: 6.30am to 9.00am

Venue: Bukit Aman car park

Distance: LSD Run with a minimum distance of 20 km - from Bukit Aman to Sri Hartamas (you can actually do 5km or 10km if you want to)

Eligibility: Open to all Members and Non-members of PACM

Format: Run yourselves according to your own target, timing, solo or group...it has NO official flag-off

Water stations: Two (2) water stations will be provided at 5km, 10km & 15km

Ikhwan Bugatti, and his outstanding record breaking!!!

It's a homecoming for Ikhwan "Bugatti" (EFR 1) as he went down to Stadium UPM for Mizuno Wave Run 2012 last week. This is where he, as a former representative of UPM athletics team, keep his memories. Before the race, he was holding an EFR's 10km record with 0:57:52 in Nike Run last year. In this event, he break his own record by 7 mins and 2 second faster, with the chip time of 0:50:50. 

Welldone, Ikhwan Bugatti!!!

We hope to see more than him, or maybe other runners that can beat his record, would be better.

Safari Zoo Run 2012: 2 EFRs taking their part...

There are two EFRs registered and will take part in Safari Zoo Run '12 in Singapore. They are:-

The run will be held on 5th February 2012 at Safari Zoo & Night Safari. The flag off will be at 8a.m.. Both of EFRs registered for 6km category.

Mizuno Wave Run 2012

Mizuno Wave Run 2012 has been held in Stadium UPM on 15th January, at 7.00p.m.. EFR 3 & EFR 6 who stayed in Kota Damansara woke up at 6.15a.m. and rushed to Serdang. They reach just on time when the Men's category is about to begin. No picture before the event, just after it. 

Sponsored by Mizuno, the race shirt is just awesome. A sleeveless light dry-fit running shirt makes the runner feel better when running. All EFRs participated in this run break their own old records in 10km category. Check out their chip time on the main page, left-side of this blog.

What EFRs do on day before event...

Like usually the non-expert runners do, EFRs take a day off before the event as to not tiring up for the next day.

EFR 3 & EFR 6 had a swimming session at their own condominium...

I juz wanna say 'Wow'...

Malakoff KL Run is considered the last big running event in the calendar year 2011. Held at Bukit Kiara Equestrian & Country Resort, on 18th December, this event has two categories, 12km and 7km.

This is where one of our EFR, Iskandar (EFR 8) has been disqualified for not taking the 12km race route (instead, using 7km route). As we sympathised for him on the misunderstanding, the other three of our EFRs had set a new milestone on that day in their first-time 12km running race. They are Andy (EFR 4), F.A.D Suarez (EFR 3) and our third time winner, Kaki Kuda (EFR 1).
