On 27th November 2011, one of the most popular event of the year - Nike We Run KL 10K 2011 held at Pdg Merbok, KL. This event targeted 10K participant across the country, & news spread that over 8,500 people played their part on that day.
Massive sponsors of the event including 100 plus, Cornetto, Domino Pizza and many more. 10KM finishers were given a bottle of mineral water, a banana, and a finisher’s gift each. Other food given after the race dat we can take are Cornetto Ice-cream and Domino Pizza. On the day, the runners are being surprised and entertained by local artists such as JJ Hitz.fm, Miss Nina and Joe Flizzow.
Ikhwan "Kaki Kuda" (EFR 1) again lead the other EFRs to finish first - 10KM in 57min - Winner of Exclusive-Customized Finisher's Tee. Unfortunately for Mamu, extra participation in Putrajaya Night Marathon perhaps has made him continue sleeping for this event. He didn't wake up in that morning and missed this awesome Nike Run.
The other runners took their part are Andy (EFR 4), F.A.D Suarez (EFR 3), Norehan (EFR 9), Shuhid (EFR 7) and Remy (Guest 2). Here's the snapshots of the event.
