PJ Half Marathon 2012

This year we are celebrating 25th years of this event's anniversary. This year, it falls on the same day & time as Salomon X Trail where 2 of our EFRs has already reportedly registered.

The event is on 30 Sep 2012, Sunday morning, at Stadium Petaling Jaya.

You can join 3 categories - Half Marathon (21km), 7km & 3km Family Fun Run. Limited medals for 7km, no medal for Fun Run, so you better join the farthest distance. Last year, the t-shirt is nice!! :-)

Men's Health & Shape Night Run 2012: Event Day

I think this will be the last running event participated by most of EFRs before the fasting month. Most of us are really happy that it is being held at night. We think that run at night is more suitable, especially in Malaysia, where the weather is quite hot in the morning, and in addition, we can spend tomorrow (Sunday) on other things like shopping, watching movies...rather than run and sleep. However, for our Buggati (EFR 1), he said at night, he is not at his best. Mmmm..stil top 300, duhh....

The Men's Health & Shape Night Run 2012 organised at Precint 3 of Putrajaya, on 14th of July 2012. Understood that more than 6000 participated in the event. Seven (7) determined EFRs took the challenge this time. They are:

One special thing we (EFR) experienced this time is, for this event, we didn't really contacted each other to know who registered. Until the event day itself, then only we know that actually 7 of us joining. 6 of all 7 runners are still working in EYKL. Haha. It makes us really happy on the day, smile all the time, and stick together for longer hours after the race.

For the first time in EFR running history, we have been accompanied by the non-running buddy, who helped holding all our belongings. Hahahaha.. we really hope this should be a habit to all the other EFRs to do so... Come on lah bro, xlari pun, come n be a supportive spectators, support the event y'all...hehehehe

Men's Health & Shape Night Run 2012

Men's Health & Shape Night Run 2012 which will be held on 14th July 2012 has opened for registration. As at today, 3 EFRs have confirmed their participation.

EFR 1 + EFR 3 + EFR 11

Categories: Competitive Run 11.8km (RM50) and Fun Run 5km (RM40)
Venue: Kompleks Perbadanan Putrajaya, Precinct 3
Max pax: 3400 (competitive), 3100 (fun)
Time: 6.00pm
Entitlements: GOODIES WORTH OVER RM300 FOR EACH RUNNER + medal (limited) + runners' Tee
