Energizer Night Race 2012

After a long wait for the registration to open, EFRs now can have a look at our possible target of running event - It's Energizer Night Race 2012. After so many critics and controversies (regarding last year's disaster), Energizer with Twenty First Century Sports have been so optimistic to organise the event again this year. Still held at Sepang International Circuit, the event this time promised a lot of exciting things to be experienced. Below are the details on the event:-


Event: Energizer Night Race 2012
Date: 21st April 2012 (Saturday)
Venue: Sepang International Circuit
Time: 8.00p.m.
Categories & Fees: 42km (RM60), 15.5km (RM55), Fun Run 5.5km (RM50)
Qualifying time: 42km (6 hours), 15.5km (2 hours, 30 mins)
Runners' entitlements: Finishers' medal + Event vest + Finishers' Tee + Certs = For all categories
42km runners' special entitlements: Special finishers' Tee for 1st 50 runners, Achievement certs (finish within 4 hours)
Main and title sponsors: Energizer
Co sponsors: Brooks, Power Bar, Salonpas, Schick
Charity organization: Kiwanis
Event organizer: Twenty First Century Sports (organizer of Putrajaya Night Marathon)
Registration closing date: 23rd March 2012 or 5000 participants (whichever is earlier)


p/s: Finishers' Tee sizes are limited. It will be allocated on first come, first serve basis.
