6 EFRs spend their last Sunday morning with running activities. There are Ikhwan & Andy with PJ Half, Fad, Zafir & Nazeem at UPM for Salomon X Trail, and Min-Yi at Gorgeous Community Fun Run.
They all having a nice race with all them put a milestone on their personal records. Ikhwan (EFR 1) and Andy (EFR 4) both having their second half marathon and both did their PB. Min-Yi (EFR 18) break his PB in 8km, while all Fad (EFR 3), Zafir (EFR 12) and Nazeem (EFR 16) have their first competitive trail run.
Well done for all of them, and here are some pictures of memories.
